Problem

Digital transformation projects fund regulators to build QoS capacity, but have no baseline to measure progress against.

There is no cheap way to monitor across many small countries.

What KASPR adds

  1. One licence covering a region.
  2. History back to 2019, the same method in every country.
  3. Delivered to each regulator separately, with jurisdiction-level access.
  4. Fits capacity-building budgets as a line item.

What we are not

We measure latency and jitter to KASPR’s measurement infrastructure. We do not measure user throughput, radio parameters (RSRP, SINR) or voice quality (MOS). We are a complementary layer, not a replacement for apps or probes.
