Your location list
For the free check and the one-off report, matching your locations to districts runs in your browser and KASPR’s servers receive district ids only. Two things leave your browser by design: a place name you type into the search box (looked up on our server) and an address you choose to geocode (sent to the geocoding provider named next to the field, not to KASPR). An annual report subscription stores its list with the subscription, so the report can be updated each month: each location’s label, its area and the coordinates you gave, kept for the subscription’s year plus 30 days and deleted on request.
What we keep
The district ids you asked about when you request an email summary, a notification or a purchase, with your email address and the date; payment records, kept by Stripe; and counts of requests. Analytics record bucketed counts and country codes only.
What area data means, and what it does not
Figures describe the internet in a district, measured from outside the networks on fixed-line infrastructure. They are not a measurement of any building’s own connection. Districts marked “estimated from the surrounding region” have no measurements of their own. The record shows when, where and how deep a disruption was; it does not say why. Disruptions are counted in whole days.
Reports
A report costs US$99 for 1–5 locations, paid once. You can open and download it for 30 days after payment using your report link or by signing in with the email you paid with. If the purchased report cannot be produced, tell us within those 30 days to arrange a refund.
Annual report subscription
The annual report subscription covers up to five locations for a year and renews each year until cancelled; cancelling stops the renewal, and the report stays available until the end of the paid year. The report is updated at each monthly data release and the link is sent by email. The locations stay fixed for the year: a different list starts a new subscription or comes with the renewal. A one-off report bought in the 30 days before a subscription starts is credited against its first year.
Refunds
Ask within 14 days of payment if the report is not what this page and the sample report describe, and we refund it.

District boundaries are shown for display and matching only and are not for download or redistribution. Report contents are licensed for your internal use.
