See what the regulator will see, before the regulator sees it.
New QoS rules carry compliance findings and publication. KASPR shows the district-by-hour degradation a campaign would find, before it is published.
Illustrative view
Problem
New QoS rules carry compliance findings and publication.
Operators learn of a problem when the regulator publishes it.
What KASPR adds
- District-by-hour early warning of degradation that would show up in a regulator’s campaign.
- Benchmarking on the same method everywhere the measurement runs.
- Independent evidence when disputing a finding: an outage was upstream, a storm, a power event.

Work for the US Federal Communications Commission (FCC).
The same method in every country, independent of operators.

Per operator per country.
Priced above regulator licences, because the avoided cost is a regulatory finding.
Data view
Jamaica: Kingston and Manchester, the last eighteen months
Monthly connectivity index for two parishes. The marker is the sustained Manchester episode of December 2025: the kind of degradation that would carry a “likely to breach” flag. Data through 2026-07-16.
Regions stand in for operators on this view: operator-level series exist in the measurement but are not on the dashboard yet.
What we are not
We measure latency and jitter to KASPR’s measurement infrastructure. We do not measure user throughput, radio parameters (RSRP, SINR) or voice quality (MOS). We are a complementary layer, not a replacement for apps or probes.
