Public Sector & Regulators
The record newsrooms and the UN rely on.
Our existing, provable trust story: the stories below used KASPR data on events where the facts were contested. They are proof for every other reader that the data holds up in public.

Problem
When connectivity is contested, the record has to stand on its own: continuous, independent, and measured the same way before and after the event.
What KASPR adds
- Hourly, district-level measurement that was already running before the event.
- The same method everywhere, so an outage in one country reads like an outage in another.
- Data a newsroom can check and publish.
Proof
Media that have used KASPR data: Reuters, The Economist, ABC News, The Washington Post, The Guardian, Wired, MIT Technology Review.
Partner: OHCHR (UN Office of the High Commissioner for Human Rights).

What we are not
We measure latency and jitter to KASPR’s measurement infrastructure. We do not measure user throughput, radio parameters (RSRP, SINR) or voice quality (MOS). We are a complementary layer, not a replacement for apps or probes.
