Raise your technical score without adding fieldwork.
Regulator tenders score the integration of external data sources, cross-validation and historical trend reporting. KASPR is a documented, ready-to-ingest source your app or probe fleet cannot supply on its own.
Offer
Problem
Regulator tenders score “integration of multiple external data sources”, “cross-validation” and “historical trend reporting”.
A vendor’s own app or probe fleet cannot supply history or continuous off-site coverage.
What KASPR adds
- A documented, ready-to-ingest external source: a common data model and provenance metadata on every record.
- Delivery inside typical ingestion windows (minutes), by Snowflake share or API.
- Non-exclusive: the same feed can sit in several competing bids, so no vendor is locked out.
- Bid support: compliance text you can paste into a technical proposal, below.

Data view
Kingston: a week of simulated crowdsourced tests against KASPR’s hourly series
The line is Kingston’s typical week of latency from the measurement, hour by local hour. The points are a simulated sample of forty crowdsourced tests, drawn at random hours around the same curve, to show the gaps a thin sample leaves. The points are simulated, not measured. Data through 2026-07-16.
Compliance text for a tender response
External source ingestion. KASPR Datahaus supplies an independent, continuous measurement of internet latency and jitter at district resolution as an external data source. The feed is documented in a published data model, carries provenance metadata on every record, and is delivered inside typical ingestion windows by API, CSV, JSON, GeoJSON or Snowflake share. Common data model and provenance. Every record names its area, time slot, data vintage and source; the raw series are immutable and the baselines are frozen and versioned, so any figure can be traced to the measurement that produced it. Privacy by design. The measurement contains no personal data and no device identifiers; it is a passive measurement of network endpoints, aggregated to district, region and country by hour. Licensing and exit. The source is licensed as a flat regional licence with no per-user fees, on a non-exclusive basis; all delivered data is exportable at contract exit in open formats.
What we are not
We measure latency and jitter to KASPR’s measurement infrastructure. We do not measure user throughput, radio parameters (RSRP, SINR) or voice quality (MOS). We are a complementary layer, not a replacement for apps or probes.
